A fellow blogger referred me to this spirited defense of Michelle Malkin.
Once again I am humbled by my ignorance. I am such a moonbat and for that I am so so sorry.

She’ll probably link to it as someone who supports her

LAKingsFan, just visited both the link you provided and your blog. Your post was extremely thoughtful and I recommend to anyone reading this comment to go read your post on this topic.
As for Michelle Malkin’s post I had not read it until you linked to it. I noticed earlier today at a moderate blog that someone had posted a link to her address and maps. I decided not to mention it and I wont mention the link here for obvious reasons. I guess it was only a matter of time until someone did that. Still it’s a dangerous turn of events.
This isnt the Sopranos, this is real life. I wonder if we have reached a new low where mobs run around the country and try to hurt people who dont agree with them. Michelle Malkin has been an instigator of this and now is getting caught up in this whirlwind. Someone’s got to bring some sanity back.

So where’s your mailbomb post that Malkin claims you created?

NOYB, there was no mailbomb. There was a link on the sidebar that readers could click to send a friendly and humorous email to Malkin. It was both an attempt at humor and an attempt at protesting her publishing of the SAW phone numbers.
However, she clearly is in a confrontational mood (seems to be the default state) and decided to up the ante. My site was flooded with visitors from her site and a lot of hateful comments started to appear.
I have no desire to engage in a downward spiralling back and forth, so I took the link down. Thats the story in a nutshell.

Thanks for the kind comments, Mash. I really like your site and look forward to your future posts.
It’s not fun when people resort to cyberstalking activities, slander, or other means of intimidation. I know of people it’s happened to, so this is not a new thing in the blogsosphere. It’s just the first time it’s made news.
